About the event

Come and gather with us in the wilds of Sailors Creek. Here we will spend time in nature, forage, make fire and learn to make charcoal and simple botanical inks. Everything we need will be carried along the footpath and foraged from our surroundings. There will be time for drawing and mark making in nature and you will leave with a collection of your own made materials. Bring a pack lunch, thermos and sense of curiosity. Booking is essential. £25 or £5 concession.

Run by Naomi Hannam of Creative Roots - "I am an artist, educator and nature based facilitator. My work centres around weaving connection between land, community and creativity. I work with the abundance of nature to celebrate beauty, play and curiosity through practical relationships with plants and fibre"
